1. Shipping Errors
If you receive the wrong product (i.e., a product different from what you ordered), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- We will arrange for the incorrect item(s) to be picked up at no additional cost to you.
 - Alternatively, you may visit our physical store within 24 hours to initiate a swap.
 
Note:
The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if these conditions are not met.
2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, store credit may be issued at our discretion depending on the circumstances. If you believe your order qualifies for credit, please contact customer care with full details and supporting photos where applicable.
3. Exchanges
Due to the sensitive nature of our skincare products, we do not offer product exchanges for any reason unrelated to our error.
Please ensure you:
- Carefully review the product name, size, and description before purchasing.
 - Ask all necessary questions before making a payment.
 
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges where due diligence has not been followed.
4. Delivery Information
Standard Delivery Timelines:
- Within the state: 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
 - Outside the state: 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.
 - Outside Nigeria: 5–7 working days after payment confirmation.
 - Promotional Periods: Up to 20 working days, unless stated otherwise.
 
All deliveries are doorstep deliveries, unless you specifically request a terminal pickup.
Important Delivery Notes:
- We do not deliver via local bus parks due to the inability to track drivers and the risk of package loss or damage. If you insist on using this method, LilyKissBeauty will not be held liable for any mishandling. You will be responsible for negotiating with the bus drivers directly and covering transport costs to and from the bus garage.
 - Delivery fees are subject to change based on package weight. Our logistics team may contact you to reconcile any discrepancies.
 - Delivery fees are non-refundable once your package has been picked up by the dispatch company.
 - If delivery attempts fail twice, you must pay a new delivery fee for re-delivery.
 - If your package is returned to us by the dispatch company, you must pay another delivery fee for a second dispatch.
 
5. Pickup Option
You may opt to pick up your order from our store. Pickup must be completed within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Kindly provide the full details of the person picking up on your behalf for authorization.
Packages left uncollected after 3 working days will be classified as abandoned, and LilyKissBeauty will not be responsible for such goods.
